Go for pushkar one day before the holi celebration and make sure to pre-book your stay as the demand is always so high at that time in pushkar, hotel prices normally raises around 3 to 4 times the price in ordinary days,for any assistance you can contact me on msoni64041@gmail.com. You can visit either of them. There is nothing famous about Holi festival for either of the 2 places and would be like a normal day.

Some cost reduced in some packages like Goa and North East currently buy others not having the flights so you have to flights with your own.

There are many places where you can find a group which will take you for River Rafting.There are various types in those like 5 km /10km rafting. Rates changes depending on season. I would suggest you to try Bunjee jumping also.

There are lots of places in South but in this time of year it will be pretty hot and humid down there except hill stations. You can go anywhere up north. If you want nearby places then check, Saputara, silvassa/dudhani, Sardar Patel statue/pavagadh or champaner, Wilson hills, daman, diu, gir/somnath, Dwarka, polo forest/Patan, Mount abu, udaipur, pushkar, Jodhpur, nashik/Sula wineyards etc.
