Hi!You can surely visit Chandigarh,Delhi and Agra. Even Rajasthan might be a nice option. But avoid Himachal Pradesh and UTTARAKHAND. As much as the hills look beautiful and green in monsoon, there's always a risk factor of landslide and cloudburst. As you must have read the recent news of Cloudburst at Choj and House collapse at Chopal,H.P. So try avoiding the hills in monsoon.Thanks :)

I personally feel Delhi is always awsome except the month of May - June due to heat waves and the kind of hot weather here is dificult to handle..rest visiting in monsoon is not the problem... do enjoy the famous food joints...
