We recommend places to eat through the trip but you must also look for magical places yourselves since every year there are some new cafes that open up. Happy hunting!

The Ladakh terrain is tough and can get tiring at times. So you will be responsible for maintaining an awesome attitude. Make sure you have great playlists for different moods ready to last through the trip. Playing cards and other car games always help!

You will need to be punctual in checking out of rooms, travelling etc. as far as the itinerary is concerned, especially on days that adventure activities have been scheduled. We won’t be able to help if the itinerary is compromised due to lateness and leads to a less magical experience!

White Collar Hippie crew members normally make the group do fun things like sitting on top of the bus and jumping in ice-cold streams, however if any of you choose to indulge in this, we recommend you know your own limits and act accordingly.

We will provide a complete medical kit but you are responsible for your own health. You must also carry any specific medicines that you need.

Though we recommend you always be cautious and careful while exploring new places, Ladakh is a very safe place. Most people are very simple, helpful and cheerful so if you feel like it- don’t be afraid to venture out and explore new areas.

If it becomes necessary to cancel your booking, you must notify White Collar Hippie immediately. Cancellation will take effect only after we receive the email from you. Following is the cancellation policy:

30 days prior to departure - 100% total amount and/or trip deposit refunded

16 to 29 days prior to departure - 50% refunded

7 to 15 days prior to departure - 20% refunded

0 to 6 days prior to departure - no refund

Please note that the above quoted amounts may change without notice. If the tour/itinerary price is quoted as a package, no partial refunds or credit will be given for services not used. White Collar Hippie reserves the right to cancel any trip or booking in which case participants will be given a refund in full. However, you will not be entitled to make any further claim for any injury, loss, expenses or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience which may result from such cancellation (including but not limited to any travel reservation, visa, passport and vaccination charges, or departure, gear purchases, airport and airline taxes). We strongly recommend that you book refundable tickets. We also recommend that you obtain travel insurance upon booking.
