Full rest is advisable on first day of arrival at Ladakh because of body adjustment with high altitude oxygen deficit.

Child below 2.5 year age is not recommended in Ladakh.

Once hotel booking issued with upload of voucher,no further changes would be allowed.

Check with doctor about physical fitness for your Ladakh trip. ( Heart related patients-High blood pressure, ashthama, diabetes etc. are not recommendable)

Children between 5 years of age are complimentary.

Extra bed charged as per available rates for 5 to 12 years of kid.

In case of two children below or upto 12 years , only extra meal would be charged for one kid

Travel package is already a prepaid and pre-booked service. If any reason whatsoever travel would not be start or halt in the mid of the trip ,There should be no refund at all. Weather the itinerary is fully or partially utilized.

Charges will be extra for service other than mentioned in the itinerary.

The installment amount should be paid as on define dates. If with a reminders , client would not able to pay continuous installments, booking would be cancelled automatically without intimation. Refund will be forfeited.

40% on the time of Confirmation.

60% by installment basis before 25 days of travelling date.

Cancellation charges will apply for every package booked .

In case of any Amendment / Cancellation / Transfer, it will be treated as a cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation and refund policy.

Once the file confirmed GST will be charged 5% GST on Total Invoice amount will be not refundable

Once the file confirmed 10% of the Total Tour Price + 5% GST will be charged

Clear 45-36 working days prior to the date of departure 15% of the Total Tour Price + 5% GST will be charged

Clear 35 - 26 working days prior to the date of departure of the tour 25% of the Total Tour Price+ 5% GST will be charged

Clear 25 - 16 working days prior to the date of departure of the tour 50% of the Total Tour Price+ 5% GST will be charged

Clear 15 - 10 working days prior to the date of departure of the tour 75% of the Total Tour Price+ 5% GST will be charged

Less than 09 clear working days prior to the date of departure of the tour 100% of the Tour Price+5% GST will be charged
