Gudguda waterfall is situated Sambalpur district, of the western part of Odisha, India.
I along with my friend @2 SEE D WORLD went to explore the beautiful waterfall located in the Sambalpur district named Gudguda waterfall. It was all day raining and we decided to explore this Gudguda waterfall during the rainy time only to witness one of the best falls, the Gudguda waterfall. Odisha is under high alert due to heavy rains in most parts, check out this video to know how we were stopped due to the high water streams and if could we visit the Gudguda waterfall.
Gudguda waterfall is located at a distance of 100 km from sambalpur and 80 km from Jharsuguda. Journey to this place is very pleasant. This place is fully covered with dense forest.
It is a very peaceful place to spend time and to love the nature. Before entering to the exact spot you need to cross a small water flow, which can easily be crossed. But during raining season or high alert flood type situation it can be dangerous to cross the water stream and exactly we faced this issue and the waterfall was also closed due to the same reason.
It is also one of the most beautiful Picnic spots thanks to its natural beauty and people come from nearby districts to enjoy the Gudguda waterfall and ENJOY picnics in this location. It is the best place for picnic, for nature photography and wild life photography like birds and some kind of insects and is also good for Mountain Trekking.
