Regional Food Extravaganza
The classy restaurant is a perfect place to try out India’s most iconic regional favourites in a contemporary avatar and perfect plating. The result is an indulgent flavoursome culinary voyage like no other.
Eclectic Menu
For me, it was truly a wonderful experience to try interesting dishes from such an innovative menu.
Every recipe is a blend of precision, creativity, and well selected exclusive ingredients.

Starting with the 'Small Plates' section, each dish is unique, balancing the intricate layers of spice and texture that define these all-time hits. For example, 'Bombay Bhel and Avocado Chaat' is delicious with chunky tomato, passion fruit chutney in subtle mustard dressing.

What steals the spotlight is Tamil Nadu representation through 'KALIMIRI PRAWNS' - Pepper fennel sauce, chunky onion tomato and crispy potato.
From Kerala, there is 'FISH POLLICHATHU' - Banana leaf wrapped bhetki fish in curry tempered masala.
'Raj Kachori' stole my heart for it's totally innovative flavour. Presented as Air curd, hing flavoured moong dal with khatti- mithi chutney.
'Potato Spiral' is not to be missed, especially for kids. Fried crispy potato spiral rests on a bed of Moong dal ragda, sweet curd, mango chutney, and smoked pepper dip on the side.
Hyderabad state is represented by Hyderabadi Cocktail Samosa Chaat - Spiced matar, Khajoor chutney, mint chutney, and curd.
Well, there's a lot more to delight your palate from this collection of small plates as the perfect beginning to an exclusive meal full of flavour and fun.
Main Course - Beyond Ordinary
Once again, every dish in the main course takes its patrons on a heart warming trip. It proves the dedication of the team, how they have worked on creating fusion flavours and textures.
I ordered Dum Aloo which came with Khamiri Roti. I have never tasted this unique flavoursome preparation - Seasonal vegetables stuffed dum aloo, in thick korma gravy, made in Banarasi style.
Likewise, Pindi Chana is a completely different preparation here. It pairs very well with Chur Chur Naan - Cripsy aloo, pickled chilli, tempered with ghee. I loved the tempering of sesame seeds on the naan which gave it a delicious texture.



WYNYARD PRAWN MASALA with MALABAR PAROTTA is on the hotlist - Stir fried prawns, coconut curry, black pepper. And so is 'CHICKEN XACUTI with GOAN PAO.' Classic goan curry made with fresh coconut and red chilli.
There's a lot more in the menu to capture the essence of innovative indulgence while staying rooted in Indian Regional Heritage Food.
In Conclusion
Located in South Delhi’s Eldeco Centre, INDY by Q’la has long been known for its celebration - crafting dining experiences that are inventive yet rooted in culinary landscape .
For me, the meal was an afternoon of discovery where the familiar is presented through a new, discerning perspective - unmistakably thoughtful, and distinctly INDY by Q’la.
