Preface :

It is often said that when you are on your spiritual journey , there are ‘N’ number of hidden forces that are working in tandem to show you the direction ahead . It has repeatedly proven true in my case and being on this path for about 2-2.5 years, I am saying this with complete responsibility .

On the same lines , I recently got a chance to live a life of a Monk ( Bhikshu) for 10 days while being at Vipassana Meditation Camp,Karnal which was characterized by following rules –

Total Silence – not to utter a single word , no eye contact , no gestures

No Phones, No Laptops , No T.V.s

8-9 hours of daily Meditation

Simple non-spicy Vegetarian Food – only Breakfast & Lunch , No Dinners served

Complete cut off from external world

While it obviously was difficult stay , especially during initial few days , but what matters is :

Was all this effort worth it ?

Did I really gain something in these 10 days ?

Has Vipassana Meditation taken my Spiritual Journey forward ?

Did I experience something Mystical or Super-Natural ?

Is Vipassana Meditation recommended for Married People ?

Find answers to all these questions in the videos below { both in English & Hindi Language } , which may help you to to decide whether you too should think about attending a 10 days Vipassana Meditation Camp or not :
