Chopta, Tungnath Mahadev & Chandrashila Peak is one of the most colorful, enjoyable and the easiest trek for the beginners. One can visit here throughout the year in different weathers (winters/ snow being my favourite). The journey throughout is so colorful and peaceful.
Getting to Tungnath Mahadev (12,073ft.), the highest Shiva temple in the world, one of the 5 Kedars of Uttarakhand is just a bliss. Above that enjoying the sunset from the Chandrashila Peak (12,123 ft.) is one of the peaceful things to watch.
