It seemed a better idea for us to take short trips in and around the city by car while following proper safety measures. Hence, we were busy searching for nearby places around Hi-tech City, Hyderabad to enjoy a day out. Fortunately, we found some decent places to roam around which opened after the lockdown. Finally, we had chosen the Shri Kotla Vijayabhaskara Reddy Botanical Garden as our travel destination for a weekend. Just 16 km away from the city center, you can visit this place on weekdays also. Situated on the Gachibowli road, this area is part of the Kothagura Reserve Forest.
This garden has recreational facilities for all ages. Boating arrangements, watchtower, a resting place, stunning architectural beauties, playing equipment – everything is woven naturally in the entire setting. You won’t feel that it is a built set up for a single moment. That’s the uniqueness of the planning of this garden.
