"The best time to plant a tree was 20 years ago. The second best time is now."

So let's do this. I joined an ongoing event by BTC which was scheduled on Saturday. It was a sunny day and I was supposed to reach the venue, a govt school by 8 o'clock in the morning.

Day 1

By the time it was 8:15 am, we all moved to the plantation area which was near the boundary of school. After a brief "How to, Where and What" session, we all were good to go.

We had a group of two people each. I with my newly-made-friend stated planting. In the beginning we were having some trouble but after planting our first sapling, we learned a lot and use it in second sapling.

Even it was Saturday, the kids were there to help us. They were more excited than us. A girl name Seema came to help me and I politely accepted her in my team. She helped me with bringing the sapling, the support branch and other now and then stuff.

Being close to a school, how can I not remember my school-days. A mild smile came on my face. I gave seema a chocolate which i had bring knowing that there will be kids.

After two hours of had work, I along with her manage to plant seven sapling. We were happy, the good work was done :).

There were the elders from the Rotary Club who had also joined us in this fulfilling. The Best part is that, they had arranged breakfast for all of us. I personally thank them because these are the things that will affect the kids thought process, and they will grow to an ideal citizen.

Cheers!!!
