Filter your Kashmir trip day wise
so for 1-2 days entirely do Srinagar city that has- Dal lake, Shankaracharya temple, Tulip garden, Hazratbal masjid, Jamia Masjid, Zero bridge, Lal chowk (shopping)
1 day could be for Pahalgam
1 day for Sonmarg
1-2 days for Gulmarg (Pahalgam, Sonmarg, Gulmarg will all be of same kind so one can visit all three to checklist or also one can go to one place for 3 days and relax/explore/enjoy that place only)

You better ask from local of srinagar,because there are many hidden gems. mostly people know about sonmarg, gulmarg, parks. if you will stay in boat house, may be they can help you. because any travel agency won't tell u about those places.
