At present you can go leh ladakh. It would be an extraordinary experience.
I would suggest you to rent bikes form karol bagh in delhi. There are huge numbers of shops at naiwala, karol bagh. And they will give you complete guidance on route.
If any group is available then you may join them too.
I guess 7 days are enough for complete trip.

Ladakh is good, if go by road then spiti will be on the way so you can enjoy both.

5-10 days for visa processing and packages i think are available i ranges of 30-45k. google for packages. or you can just plan slef by using skyscanner for cheaper flights. airbnb, couch surfing and trivago for cheap stays etc.

Yes it can be ...old Goa u can visit church and spice garden....North Goa u can visit candolim beach, fort Agoda, baga and anjuna beach

Better go by yourself!! most tour operators will definitely charge a premium of atleast 10% to 15% above the actual cost and hence to cut cost plan a trip yourself. More over tour packages have restrictions regarding timing as well as places if it is a group tour. If you are travelling solo or with a group of friends stay at hostel, use public transport and like wise you can meet new faces and also can explore the place in a better way and also save a lot of money which you can otherwise use for trying different cusines or shopping.

You can take buses to Kotagiri. Few buses which are going to Ooty will go via Kotagiri. You can go by Car also if you have one.

From nainital you can take a bus to kathgodam and then take a bus or train to haridwar then you can take a bus from haridwar to joshimath or haridwar to rishikesh and then joshimath then from joshimath you can travel in local transport to auli

There are not only girls trip for Leh and Ladakh but you can try solo trip or taking a bike ride trip for your particular group
