Well, Switzerland and Greece would be a great idea. But if you want to go on a less traveled route head to the Irkutsk region of Russia. May is a good time to go as you'll find snow and also the Baikal lake beach. Baikal lake FYI is the deepest lake in the world.

For Seafood there are places like, A La Villa Creole, Theevu Plage, Blueline- The promenade, De Bluefin Seafood Restaurant. Bon voyage!
UpvoteCommentYou can spend day one exploring the French Colony and Paradise Beach. On day two, I would highly recommend taking surfing lessons at Kallialay Surf School. From there you can go to Auroville. You can hire bicycle and roam around. It will be worth it. But if you wish to go inside the Matrimandir, make sure you register yourself beforehand. On day three, take a half day trip to Pichavaram which is around 76 kms from Pondicherry and hiring a private cab is inexpensive. Pichavaram Mangrove Forest is the world's second largest mangrove forest which is visited only by a few. Boating there is a surreal experience and you will thank me later.

Vattakanal which is around half hour from Kodaikanal is the best for setting up a tent .

In my opinion you can visit Peru. The top most reason would be that it is the safest country in South America and it has so much to offer!
To reach Lima in the cheapest way you can take a flight to either London or Amsterdam and then take a flight from there to Lima. Total return ticket will cost you INR 80k.
Your trip highlights would include Machu Pichu, Cusco, Lima, Arequipa and Lake Titicaca. P.S. I can make a proper itinerary for you if you pay for my flights :P

I would suggest you go hassle free by taking a Visa before hand. About Vietnam the good part is that you can visit their consulate at New Delhi and get your visa sorted. Cambodia on the other hand has e-visa facility for Indian passport holders. For Thailand I would suggest you to take a visa prior to your visit as it is cheaper as compared to visa on arrival (INR 2000 vs INR 4000). P.S. If you are travelling to Thailand before 31st January it's visa free anyway.

Or you can take a cab to Banihal ( Rs400 ) then from Banihal take a train to Srinagar ( 1.5 hours- Rs20) Day1: Local sightseeing of Srinagar - Dal Lake, Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, Betaab Valley and old Srinagar city. The distance of gardens is 15km from the main city Day2 : Srinagar-> Sonmarg-> Srinagar. Spend at least one night at Shikara houseboat in Dal lake of Srinagar Day3: Sringar-> Gulmarg ( 3hours - 56KM).Visit Tangmarg town on the way to Gulmarg. Do activities like Gondola cable car, Ski and horse ride in Gulmarg Day4: Gulmarg-> Pahalgam ( 5 hours - 150KM). Visit Saffron fields of Pampora, Awantipura ruins and Bijbehara village on the way to Pahalgam. UpvoteCommentReach Cochin in Kerala. Cruises to Kavaratti (Capital of Lakshadweep) leave from Cochin harbor. You may book the cruise online. There are usually 3-day cruises taking you to 3 islands of Lakshadweep.
The permits required for visiting can be obtained from Lakshadweep tourism office in Cochin.

1. we earn credits by publishing trips on tripoto but as I see that you've published some trips and not got credits, since all are your photo blogs, so in that case pictures should be of nice quality with proper captions and content should be original.
2. You can also earn credits by inviting other friends on tripoto using your invitation code.

A photo blog with good images and a little write up about those pics will fetch you upto 60 Credits ... If you refer your friends you get 5 credits initially ... and if they draft a blog you will get 25 Credits for the same referral .. If you answer in Tripoto forum you will get upto 5 Credits ... Just hit the north goa area of calangute, baga, candlim beach etc and you will get a lot of option starting from as cheap as 300. Pre-booking might cost you more.

Yeah, I've already redeemed the Tripoto Merchandise and I received a T-shirt, two bookmarks, one sticker and one tote bag. The quality of the T-shirt was not nice, the sticker is of no use, but the bookmarks and the tote bag are really worth usage. However, it's fun if you redeem a goody bag with your hard earned credits. "Apne mahnat ki kamai, you know"

Budget: Sheela The rooms are free and the faucets are a little crispy. You can not take a taxi or take your bike. So why would you stay at Sheela? Location, location, location! It is literally on the Taj door (about half a mile from its gates). Also: Beautiful garden (the portion of the restaurant) in the low-pollution trapezoidal area, which eventually is one of India's most dusty tourist cities.
