Surely you can visit Uttrakhand in Jan or Feb.
As far as the safety is concerned, Uttrakhand is a safe place to travel. But you must also keep in mind that your safety is in your hands, so always be careful and book hotels and transportation from trusted sources or after thoroughly checking it. Have a happy and safe traveling !!
Call oyo and the hotel which you booked as well...there has been instances even after confirmation...the hotel declined that they have any tie up with oyo
Hey Harshit, Yes it remains open in winters. You can go to Kheerganga but it will be cold and snowy. If you are more of a winter lover then you can go.
Hi, there are no closing dates for this trek, you can do it round the year. The only time you won't be able to do this is when there is too much snow on the trail. You have to check before you are going about the amount of snowfall the place has received.
Hey Manohar, I would suggest you go to a movie theatre or restaurant (search nearby mall on google). Because taking a hotel just for 3 hours will be costly. You can also search for any famous tourist point or park nearby.
You can take a train to Chandigarh and later on a bus from Chandigarh to Manali. You can visit the Amritsar's golden temple from Chandigarh. It will take a day to go and come back from Chandigarh to Amritsar.
Hi Ekta, you have the usual Manali and Shimla at your disposal, you will get plenty of snow there without any blockage of roads. If you want to explore some other places than these then you can head to Tirthan valley, Kalpa or Dalhousie.
Hi, yes 4 nights is a good enough time to explore Singapore. i'm attaching with this comment a itinerary to explore singapore in 5 day. You can go through it and plan your trip.

Arunachal in December will be covered in snow at high passes. Temperature there will be in subzero during night. But it will be a great time to see Arunachal in Winters
Hi Vinay, this seem like a good idea unless you are going for trekking. The peaks would be covered in snow and you will get beautiful views of 360 degree snow clad peaks. However the temperature is going to be really low, almost touching 0. If you don't have any problems with thats, you should go ahead with this trip.
You should try to accomodate in camping and if you are young at heart , get wilder and enjoy the Swiss campsites all over India . the stay is cheap , authentic and basic to nature .
you can experience things that are priceless
Depends on How many days. The usual places are Baga beach, Calagute, chapora fort (Dil Chahta hai spot), Panjim, Candolim beach towards south.. there are plenty of options to choose from.
The best places to visit in Rajasthan this month are Udaipur, Jaipur and Jaisalmer.. you can experience nice climate there and yes do explore every local sight seeing..
When you say budget stays, can you tell me what is your budget and how many people are there? if you're alone, go for Zostel. you'll have a great fun there. or if family is there, go for oyo rooms
Hi Kamran, I have attached some options for you. You can click on the link to check details and pictures. You can also use the same link to book details
Hey bro, You can follow this route Delhi->Agra->Fatehpur Sikri->Jaipur->Bhangarh fort->Jaipur->Ajmer->Pushkar->Ajmer->Udaipur->Jodhpur->Jaiselmar->Bikaner->Delhi. Two best things in entire trip is Jaiselmar and Bhangarh fort. Try Sher-e-Punjab restaurant at Fatehpur Sikri on main highway.
Go to kaza as this will be a great option in 5000 so u get buses from Delhi to reckong peo, and then a bus from reckong peo to kaza. stay at cheap homestays and try to bargain a lot. stay for 2 to 3 days and then back. I'm sure it'd cost less than 5 grand
Okay, so my dad has been to Egypt, and what he told me is that, the only things to see in Egypt are in cairo. you explore Cairo properly, and as a tourist, you've seen 90% of Egypt
Hi, here is a list of must visit places in Egypt

Rajasthan is one of the safest place for travellers, if have seen woman wandering on streets of Bikaner and Jaisalmer at very late hours. You should definitely visit Jaisalmer for this solo trip. There aren't a lot of dont's for jaisalmer except:
While visiting the temples in Jaisalmer, remember not to wear short dresses. Dont trust the strangers blindly.
Do not pay without bargain while shopping in Jaisalmer.
For Do's:
Visit all the temples, do take services of a guide as they can tell you all about the history of each place, go to sam dunes to spend a night in the middle of the desert and try the local food.
