Hey Archana, The best way to reach Kotdwar is by Mussoorie Express Slip from 10.30 pm on a daily basis... This is a small old charming Village in Uttarakhand ... Kotdwara is few Kms from Lansdowne and has Kanvasharam which has been existing for more than 5500 years ... And yes, this place can be covered in two days by visiting all temples and church Der ... This is a moderate level Trek in difficulty with 4 Kms of trek distance and this is the best time for Trekking till February ... Camping site :- Near PWD guest house The contact number of a person who is incharge of this bungalow and will answer all your questions on camping here :- Swamy - 9632600648 .... Start your trek via Santosh hotel which is again to be walked or can be reached via road if you have a personal vehicle ... The distance from main road till this hotel is 5.5 Kms and the actual trek starts from here ... All you can do is reach PWD guest house ... camp there for the night ... When going to Kasol and if on a budget, you can trek to Chalal and find plenty options for decent stay. The trek from Kasol to Chalal will take 1-1.5 hour. In Chalal you have Cafe's like Fusion and Shiva which serve delicious food. For other treks you can go to Magic valley, Weichin. You can explore places like Manikaran, Tosh, Malana. There are many Cafe's in Kasol too, I would suggest you go to German Bakery.
