I would suggest Goa as it's the best time to visit, provided you love water and beaches. Also, during this time you will be able to find more affordable hotels, and by mid Oct entry to all the beaches are open,so I am sure you can have more fun with less crowd as compared to peak months Nov - Feb.

For the Winters or to celebrate new year: You can go To Goa;I visited the goa in Dec 2015.The beaches are decorated like a bride. At that time;the famous Sunburn festival also get organized there. You can go to cruise for the parties. And away from the beaches is peaceful, clean, less crowded area i.e. South Goa.Hire A scooty and wander all tha goa with the help of google maps.In other options;you can go to Jaiselmar and Rann of Kutch. Or if u want to see the snowfall go to Shimla or Manali.

Hi , I would suggest you Allahabad -Kumbh Mela . As I am from the Prayagraj itself so I Prefer everyone must experience the KumbhMela , inscribed on the UNESCO's Representative List of Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity. To be specific this year Ardh Kumbh (Which occurs after 6 years cycle ) . Now Why Kumbh held in Allahabad is different from other three places is that - There is natural Sand bed on the River Banks of Ganga and Yamuna which can be seen here only . Sangam of Ganga and Yamuna as one of the most Holiest Rivers of Hindu Religion.

I dont know about the requirements but i wana make you aware that Nepal's ???? dont like Indians very much.
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
Hey Milan, Yesss, Nepal is all safe for Indian riders... You need to obtain permission in Bhansali, the border office of Nepal. All you need to have is 2 photocopies of your License and RC ready here. After the permit is made, you will leave with 3 documents from here. A pink reciept for the money, A white day permit, and a gatepass. Keep them safe , will be check regularly in every check-post through Nepal. Riding is safe in Nepal, with these things to keep in mind well before the trip:- Fuel bunks are small and dinghy and fuel quality is suspect but you have no choice, ATMs are few and unreliable so stock up on cash. People will help with directions. Just ask Keep all papers with you and the Green Number Plate prominent. Nepalis are friendly and gentle but like any tourist town you will need to haggle. The cost of repairs in Nepal is high, try to avoid check ups unless vital. Carry oil and spares. Do not take denominations greater than 100 Rs into Nepal, they are not accepted. Safe riding and Happy Travelling!!!
