AnswerWishlistHi Savan, I am in Bangalore from last three years. I have visited a lot of place in Karnataka. If you love hills , then you should visit Chikmagalur. One of the best hill station I have visited so far. If you want to visit beach , then visit Gokarna. Or if you are looking for one day trip. UpvoteCommentHey Saavan, There are many cool places in Karnataka to visit this season ... They are :- Coorg :- Coorg is a most sought hill station in Karnataka... Time taken to visit this palace would be from 2 to 4 days depending on the places of interest there ... Cost - Around 5k on an average per person ... Ooty :- Ooty is around 350 Kms from Bangalore and you have Bandipur national park and also Masinagudi... This hill station is pen of the famous winter attractions in india. Time would be from 2 to 4 days... Cost - Around 7k on an average per person ... Chikmagalur :- This is again one of the most visited during winters. Time taken to see this lovely district would be again from 2 to 4 days ... Cost - Around 5k on an average per person ... Happy Travelling!!!

AnswerWishlistHey Talib, You have got direct flights from Kuwait to Jordan... They start from 14k one way from Kuwait to Amman on a daily basis... And for Amman to Israel, you have direct flights there also, but it would cost you around 250 US dollars where as crossing it on bus would cost you 75 US dollars and would need a whole day to cross including all checks and to get the visa in the border ... Places to look out for :- Jordan :- Petra, Wadi rum, Al Kalzneh, Mount Nebo, Amman Citadel ... Israel:- Masada, Sea of Galilee, Mount Zion, Ein Gedi, Yad Vashem, Israel Museum and many more ... Solo backpacking in Rajasthan :- Places to look out here are Jodhpur, Jaisalmer, Udaipur, Jaipur and the list just goes on .... 2. Riding to Spiti valley :- This is the must do adventure in India and Spiti is just magical and challenging to complete due to its ruggedness ... Places to look out here are Chitkul, the last Village of India... Monasteries like Kee, Nako, Tabo, and Dhankar ... Hill stations like Sangla, Reckong Peo, Shimla, Manali, Kullu, Jeori, Narkanda... Passes like Kunzum and Rohtang.... 3. Riding to leh and Ladakh region:- This is again one of the most soughted region for solo riding in India ... Places to look out here are Kargil, sonamarg, gulmarg, Srinagar, Leh palace, Khardungla pass, Pangong Tso lake and the list just increases ... 4. UpvoteCommentHey Soumya, You have got a direct train to Somnath from Ahmedabad and that takes around 9 hours to reach Somnath ... it's a daily mail express and starts at 10.40 in the morning from Ahmedabad ... For day two you can visit Somnath Mahadev temple and musuem and also see a sunset in beach ... You can head out to Dwarka in s night bus from Somnath and reach by morning ... in Dwarka, you can visit Dwarkadhish temple, Dwarka beach and lighthouse , Shree Swamy narayan mandir and sudama setu and many more ... You have got night trains running all the days in a week from dwarka to ahmedabad in 10 hours approximately... So trains from Ahmedabad to Somnath and from dwarka to ahmedabad ... where as take a bus from somnath to dwarka ... Happy Travelling!!!

If I reach Bhunter by 7 in the morning of 19th Oct and book my return ticket from Bhunter to Delhi at 7 pm of 20th October, do you think it is doable if I want to trek from Kalgha to Bunbuni to Kheerganga (camp) and back Kheerganga-Kalgha. Please advise.

AnswerWishlistYes you can do it;But you will have to maintain your speed.Because;it took 3 hours from Buntar to Barshaini by bus.Then from there to Kalga apprx 30 mints..Then from Kalga->Boonboni is 9-10km (apprx 7 Hours);Boonboni->Kheerganga is 5km(apprx3Hours).So total is approximately 14 hours.You can stay at kheerganga at night in camps.( Rs400 per person-always bargain).Then next day you can easily reach Bhuntar till evening..One tip from my side;carry a good quality torch with you.Or ANOTHER OPTION IS GO DIRECTLY TO KHEERGNAGA SKIP THE BOOBONI PART;because it is going to be tough but surely thrilling.
