Hey Hardik,
You can take a flight from Delhi to Kiev. Indians can get Visa on arrival at Ukraine. From airport you can take cab to reach Chernobyl (see this: chernobylwel.com). Also, you have to reach Bolshoe Goludnoe in a cab to see Lake Baikal.
I am planning for it early next year with Bikat Adventures. Haven't heard good reviews about Adventure Nations.
Happy to connect more on this. Feel free to message me. :)
Hi Shivani, glad to know you are visiting beautiful Sikkim. The weather will be cold (sweaters needed) but not snowy. Best to end your visit before October as it starts snowing in North Sikkim and other parts of the state. The road conditions are very good in the capital city and throughout the state except for North Sikkim, the road conditions in Lachen is very bad which is the only way to Gurudongmar Lake. Rest, Lachung in North Sikkim has very good road conditions.
Sikkim is such a lovely place for mountain lovers and nature enthusiasts. Since you are planning your trip in the last week of September, I will suggest you to carry warm clothes (not to much thick ones). The roads are in good condition. You can check the current status with the local hotels/properties. Road conditions in the city area are perfectly fine.
Explore beyond Bangkok and Pattaya for sure. Some amazing places in North such as Ching Mai. For diving Koh Tao is a paradise and is cheap as well.
happy to share more depending on your purpose of the visit.
