Overall it was an astonishing journey of Guwahati and Biswanath charali of North-east India.
The existing layers of multi culture, natural beauty and the simplicity of the people made my
tour indelible. The best time to visit this place is in  September-October or in January-March
so come and witness the magic of this place !!!

If a traveller want to get a calm and majestic view of Guwahati city he/she must visit Nilachal Hill which is situated in western part of guwahati city. By following this route one can visit the famous Hindu temple "KAMAKHYA TEMPLE"

Guwahati derived from 2 words first is "GUWA or GUA" which means areca nut and more popularly known as supari and tambool in Assamese language and second word is "HATI or HAAT" means market
