Visit Parvati Valley if you really want to chill and find peace. Apart from the most commercial stops you can visit Choj-Manikaran Sahib-Kalga-Pulga-Kheerganga-Chalal. You can start by staying at choj(village right after kasol), enjoy tasty langar at Manikaran Sahib and take a local bus to Barshaini. From Barshini you need to trek for half an hour to reach Kalga Village. Stay there for a day and start your trek to kheergange early morning(will take around 5 hours on an average). Spend your time in rejuvenating hot springs and spend the night pitching you own tent or maybe renting one. Next day trek back to Kalga, stay at Romani Cafe, enjoy brownies at German Bakery. For your final days travel down to Chalal and book a stay in POP(pirates of parvati). If you get time you can visit old Manali.
I came to Guwahati on 3rd October. So this is the latest update. People who have taken 2 vaccines need to show their vaccination certificate at the arrival gate and are allowed to leave. For people who are not vaccinated or have taken only the 1st dose need to get a covid test (RTPCR & Antigen) at the airport itself. They have opened a swab sample collection center. If you've taken your 1st dose, the test will cost you Rs. 250/-. If you're not vaccinated, the test will cost Rs. 500/-. They take payment only in cash.
