Kheerganga will be safe and nice during this time.
From Chandigarh you can take bus or cab. till bhuntar in Kullu. from there Till kheerganga. I have put my journey in my profile you can go through it. the place is cheap though since u coming from mumbai. might be far but it's worth visiting.

Hi, Due to heavy rains in Uttarakhand, a lot of routes have been closed including Chardham, You should wait for the weather to get a little better and then plan your trip.

Hi Amlan, Sri Lanka is one under-rated tourist attraction, you should visit for sure! A few places to visit when in Sri Lanka:
1. Colombo: Spend some time on the beaches, visit the Kosgoda Sea Turtle conservation project 2. Scuba Diving in Hikkaduwa 3. Misty hills and tea plantations of Nuwara Eliya 4. Hike to Adam's Peak

Other than a blogger, there multiple other badges that you can get, like Globetrotter, Travel Guru for specific locations. As you rise to the next level for each, you get some credits that you can redeem while booking trips through Tripoto.
