Hi You should get your business registered / you should get your certification done / basic mountaineering at least and others / first aid course done. Join some company and work there to learn how they manage and promote events After working at some company you will be better equipped Important thing is practice trekking weekly and do your courses .

Yes Uttarakhand is open but with conditions.. you have to have negative COVID test Results + one week booking at hotel after 1 week only u can explore area.. rest u can check with Uttarakhand tourism site.

Pilgrimage in india normally having beautifull landscape. i love going to pilgrimage and normally try to find out pilgrimage in travelling sites.
