No, also there is 7 days quarantine in Uttarakhand for anyone coming in from outside UK.

1.april-june is the peak season with temperatures of 15-25°c and pleasant weather
2.july-september has 24-33°c temperatures with rainfall(usually heavy)
3.october-november has 22-29°c temperatures with cool and humid environment
4.december-february 4-16°c is the temperatures with peak winter you can see what weather and temperature suits you and your group.there is no perfect time to visit a place it depends on you at what time you wanna visit.
