*covid -19 actually paused all of our travel journey,many plans were cancelled,many future memories collapsed and many people suffered a lot but there's always a good time after bad times.
*step by step different rules were applied on tourism ,many things were restricted ,but now we are in a condition where every possible thing is unrestricted even schools . travelling is allowed now freely in tourism based States .
*Eventhough vaccines are on the way , that would be great if you get vaccinated first and then resume your travel ,but if not ,it's not a big issue , you can still travel freely but never forget to get sanitized first and using mask .
*try exploring some offbeat places of your Destination than the famous ones to avoid crowd .

Depends on pandemic condition... however during monsoon Rajasthan is better option specifically in kota region

If you're looking for city travels then surely you can visit Rajasthan, or if you're looking for more adventures then Uttarakhand is your answer but do check respective state policies and guidelines for inter state tourism before visiting.
