Hey! Sometimes it takes longer for Tripoto team to present credits for a trip. Specially these days I am noticing this more and I believe that it could be due to the fact that Tripoto team may also be working from home and /or working in reduced strength. But don't worry, you will get the credits and if not, you will get a mail stating that this particular trip didn't earn you any credits. 😊
The easiest way to get to Raja Ampat is to fly to Sorong via Jakarta, Makassar, Ambon or Manado. For most of these connections you can use Lion Air, Xpress Airlines, Sriwijaya Airlines, Nam Airlines or Garuda Indonesia airlines. There are no direct international flights to West Papua Province.
Also there is a whole vlog oj youtube by @lostleblanc.. Do check it.
It is still closed for any tourist activities. I am stuck in Malaysia and waiting for hiking activities to open as well! Lets see, keep an eye on the news
Hey Em, I am so great to stumble across this question. I'm a Vegan myself and have been traveling extensively across Europe and Asia. I try my best to answer in the most helpful way I can.
Here are my rec:
- Berlin (I stayed there for 3+ months, and I can swear by their vegan cafes, restaurants and local markets). Please go there, it's worth it.
- Barcelona (Spanish love their seafood and dairy, but Barcelona will surprise you) It's got so many vegan options, mainly because it's a tourist attraction.
- Tel Aviv (Vegan capital, I was surprised to learn how progressive the city is)
- Tallin (It's a feast for vegans.)
- Amsterdam (They even have VEGAN space cakes!! Go to Popeyes for that)
- Lisbon (I've always loved hummus and Mediterranean food, and Lisbon is the place to go)
- Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (Most Vegan-friendly city in Asia. Maybe I'm being a bit biased here because I love Vietnamese cuisine. But no exaggeration, Vietnamese food can really heal ones soul)
- Taipei, Taiwan (Another vegan-friendly city in Asia. About Animals serves up vegan burgers with wasabi mayo, veggie alternatives to hot dogs and bacon sandwiches)
- Brighton, UK (Emerging vegan capital, it's so famous for its vegan fish and chips, the new, emerging cafes serve great vegan food)
- Oslo/Copenhagen (Most of their restaurants have eco-friendly approach. But they usually offer fusion of asian/mexican food. I'm not sure if any restaurants serve authentic vegan Norwegian food. But you can def look it up! Best visit during summer. However, the food can be a bit pricy)
- New York (Again lived there for 3+ months, would totally recommend staying in Brooklyn, they have much more 'ALL VEGAN PIZZA' cafes and DINERS! These are top of mind cities. I'll add more if I can think of. Also, if you're interested, you can follow my new IG page @lalaveganland It's a page on vegan lifestyle, food and travel. I do vegan city reviews too and hope that would help you:)
Hey! Jumpin Heights is the only Bungee Jumping company operating in India, which is originally a New Zealand based company. The best site where it operates is at Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. Recently another site at Goa has also been opened by Jumpin Heights but I'd suggest you experience the thrill of Bungee Jumping at Rishikesh! Happy tripping! 😊
Somnath is 50 km from Sasan Gir. You can take taxi or public transport from Somnath. There are two routes for reaching junagadh from veraval. When you step out of house you are alone and you're not accompanied by anyone. When you meet someone who is also alone you get to know them talk to them and if you both have same common point of interest like visiting other place then you will have someone else you are by yourself. So, Once you are travelling alone that itself marks you as a solo traveller.
Hi Vidhisha..A solo traveller is itself being alone and travelling with fellow people like us. Yes we are strangers and we meet new people of our choice and we leave them when our travel duration is completed..but u remember that person rest of life. I would say solo traveller or travelling with trip community is same.
I would suggest to keep it in English, so as it can be read by people who don't know hindi.plus your blog will have more reach.
however u can use Google translator or download Hindi keyboards from playstore to type and import the blog to your tripoto account
Congratulations on starting your journey here. 😊 Went through your blogs, its a good start.
Might add that people generally don't prefer seeing curved photos these days. 😊
