Travelling Delhi to Shimla is quite easy and there are a number of options. You can make online bookings for bus tickets either by private web portals or HRTC official website. You can also travel to Shimla by train by taking a train till Kalka station from Delhi and then catching the Kalka-Shimla toy train. Flights are also available to Shimla from Delhi but they aren't cost-friendly.

The chances of spotting snow in Munsiyari in April are pretty slim. However, the destination is stunning nonetheless, even in April. You'll get the chance to witness spring like never before! Coming to 1 day treks near Munsiyari, there are none. Munsiyari is the base for several high-difficulty treks such as Milam Glacier, in case you're interested.

Around 7-8k with accomodation in decent 3* hotels and delicious food. you can rent a 2 wheeler at around 500 per day, excluding fuel of course. water sports would cost you around 2-8k depending upon your interests.
