UpvoteCommentHi, Pushkar is one of the best places in India to celebrate Holi. The whole city comes alive and is painted in different colours. I have attached two articles describing travellers' personal experiences of celebrating Holi in Pushkar. You should check them out to plan your itinerary. I have also attached an article that mentions the top hostels in Pushkar. If you stay at a hostel, you don't need to worry about finding another Holi event as most of them host their own events. It is recommended to make your bookings asap since Holi is Pushkar's peak season for tourism.

It is safe to drive in Arunachal Pradesh... I have travelled in 2018. The road condition was almost perfect.

Yes Nanda. Sakleshpur Railway Trek is one of the most interesting trekking places in India which is called “Green Route Trek”. You need to reach to reach Donigal Rail Station via train and start the trek thereafter. This track basically starts form Donigal and it ends at the Yedakumeri Station.
