Hi Bulbul, I know hills are a no-no for everyone during monsoons. But if you really want to travel anyways, Himachal will welcome you with rainbows, mist and washed down shades of greens- a perfect romantic affair with the hills. I've lived all my life in the hills and there's nothing like a walk in the wilderness when it's pouring down grace on you ! All the best for your plans.
