Most definitely Andaman that too in Havelock island. The beaches are pristine & the water is so clesr that I did scuba dicing there twice during my trip in June. You can read about it here. Tarkarli Beach which is in sindhudurg district near to konkan..clear water with very less crowded and unexplored..
