Bali, jeju island, Singapore, Mauritius for international. India you can go ladakh, chikmagalur, mangalore . if you want to explore temples go for madurai, rameshwaram

October to February is the winter season and is considered to be the best time to visit Manali if you like the cold and January is best to enjoy the chilly pleasure of fresh snowfall . The temperature drops down below zero degrees Celsius. Summer in the region starts in the month of March and lasts till June.visit Manali in that time if you want to clear weather

go to south goa as it has much better beaches nd cleaner water especially palolem beach boat ride to "MACHAYENGE " song island and benalium beach

Opt for manali, good treks there. but you need to get a budget of 20k for a descent cruise travel. 10k isn't enough, until you decide staying in dormitories or dharmashalas. or you can just take motorcycle and wonder around will be good in your 10k budget along with a good photo blog beside.

Sheetal, the best time to visit Ladakh would be around June-Aug. By mid-June, the snow starts melting and you can watch all the beautiful lakes in the area. Still, let me divide the months based on conditions in Ladakh: April - May: Snowfall stops, summers begin. Some snowfall-affected roads may still be closed. Max temp:15 degrees, Min temp: -1 degrees June-Aug: Peak tourist season. Expect great sights and heavy crowd. Max temp: 25 degrees, Min temp: 10 degrees Sep-Oct: Snowfall begins, cool waves in the region. Max temp: 14 degrees, Min temp: -1 degrees Nov-Jan: Freezing temperatures, only accessible through flights. Treks and some sights open for tourists. Max temp: 7 degrees, Min temp: -14 degrees Feb-Mar: Likely water and electricity shortage, gradual decline in temperatures.Various monastery festivals are held in this time.
