Depends on where you want to stay, if you want it to be a tight budget trip it won't cost you more than 8k
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
Hey Chaitnya, It all depend on how you do it. It will be costly if book a package with a travel agency. On the other side, it will be cheap and more exciting to go on your own. Wander in the city, ask the locals how to go,use transport that locals use. Try local foods instead of costly restaurants. Then it will cost aprrx 7-10 k per person maximum.

Hi Kirti, it would depend upon how many days you have in your hand. You can head to Ranikhet, Almora, Bhimtal or Nainital. They have wonderful homestays and they are beautiful places. But since you have a lot of days at your disposal, you can consider sikkim as well. I'm attaching one post with this comment, you can go through it and plan your trip.

Hey Isham, No, It isn't safe to camp on your own in Thar desert. First thing you will not be allowed to pitch tent in the desert ( hopefully you take Jaiselmar as desert camping place). But you can book Camps in Sam village. And if you have more days in Jaiselmar then book a desert hiking package ( 5 days camel desert safari passing through jungles and no man area; Camping in desert under open sky every night with bonfire and going up to last village on India-Pakistan border). Hope this would help you.

Pack your winter clothes like jackets, inner warmers, woolen socks, gloves, woolen cap, moisturizer, first aid kit etc. Main thing in Kashmir is road trips (Srinagar->Pahalgam and Srinagar -> Gulmarg). And stay at houseboat in Dal lake for at least one night. Nearest airport to Srinagar is Srinagar International Airport (15KM far from city). Hope this would help you.
