Generally, February is a rather dull months in most of Europe. However, it's the best time for those who hates the lines—crowds are much less of a problem in this low tourist month. Besides, February is perfect for a budget holiday.

Hello Achint, I'll be happy to answer your travel queries from my experience ☺️.
*It depends on how you are planning to go. By air, train and road taking into consideration of fooding and lodging expenditure. The fooding and lodging is not very cheap with an estimate of atleast Rs. 1000/ head a day minimum.
If you have your own bikes and tents then the price maybe cheap but the fooding will still be expensive if you eat out. If you reach by air or train or road to Guwahati, you'll find vehicles to take you to Arunachal in the Guwahati airport. Make sure to book everything beforehand. Tawang is a far reached place even for local Arunachalees. *Hiring a Tata Sumo from Tejpur to Tawang will cost you about ₹8000 one way for 5–6 persons. For going to BUMLA near China border you have to hire a local taxi which will cost you about ₹4000–5000. Min room charges excluding food will be in the rg of 1500–2000 minimum. So if you are going in a group than min ₹ 3000 must be catered for per day per head. If you keep vehicle for the whole duration of your stay in Tawang which either hired from Guwahati or Tejpur, it will cost you approximately 4000 per day even if it stays idle in Tawang. *It is famous for its 400-year-old monastery. This monastery is one of the biggest Buddhist monasteries to be found in India and is an important pilgrim center for the followers of Buddhism. Apart from its religious importance, Tawang is famous for its natural beauty, which attracts and enchants the traveler.
* I have a small suggestion for you, I just checked online and found that there are some great travel deals for Tawang available at tripoto itself, do check out this link

Hi, Kodaikanal can be visited through the year, but the ideal time to visit is in the winter between October and March. This is when the weather is at its best. The summer and monsoon months, of April to June and between July and September respectively, also make for a good Kodaikanal trip. The weather in Kodaikanal falls into three distinct seasons – the summer, the winter, and the monsoon. October to March – Winter
The winter months between October and March are the best time of the year to head to Kodaikanal. Cool days and the chilly nights make for a comfortable and refreshing break in the mountains; especially since top attractions include outdoor activities like visits to temples, parks, lakes, and trekking and boating. If you plan a January trip, make sure you are there for the Pongal festival. April to June – Summer
Summer in Kodaikanal is a good time to visit. With pleasant, breezy days perfect for the outdoor, and nights that cool down just enough; summer time is conducive to sightseeing, trekking and other outdoor attractions. July to September – Monsoon
Monsoon in Kodaikanal is a pleasant though considerably wet time to visit. Frequent showers hamper sightseeing, with slippery slopes making outdoor activity tricky. But they also transform the hills into lush green slopes, turning your monsoon trip to Kodaikanal into an extremely picturesque experience. Hope this helps.
