Yes, I am currently interning at Taiwan. It is a very organised and well connected via public transport. You might face some problem given the fact that people don't understand English. But as for my experience is concerned the Taipei city has english speaking people and is manageable. The people here as well are very helpful and welcoming in nature. You can message me if you have any further queries.

I was on a solo trip to Thailand quite recently. My trip included Bangkok as well. Since I was on a shoestring budget, I ensured that I spend as little as possible. The entire trip cost me 30-32k. This includes the flight tickets (18k) and some islands such as phi phi and Krabi. I would suggest that you live in a hostel as they are cheaper and a fun way to meet new people (something a hotel doesn't offer). If Bangkok is the only place you plan on visiting, take the ferry to travel around the city as it is 9 to 10 times cheaper than other modes of transportation. Take a bus from the airport to khao San (60 baht) instead of the cab (300 baht). The train will take a lot of time but you can reach Khao San road (place where all the tourist live + cheap hostels) but it's the cheapest. DO NOT CONVERT YOUR CURRECY AT THE AIRPORT. Either get it converted from some agency in your home country or some agency in Bangkok. The conversion rate is twice so you get double the amount.

In general up to third week of July, monsoon is not in full fury. So, you can easily travel to most of lower Himachal and Uttarakhand. But, still, Kumaon is something that I will suggest. You can visit Binsar or Kausani or Gwaldam area for some nice, and calm experience amidst nature.

Hey Adete, There are few offbeat places in Himachal that you can travel to on a long weekend. Tirthan - Jibhi used to come first to my mind but then it is getting crowded and crowded every year. You can easily do a trip to Tirthan / Jibhi in about 4000 - 8000 depending on your stays. Next on the list is Rohru - Kharapathar region, about 120 KMs from Shimla. Cam besides the river and you can save quite a few bucks. Can easily be done from Delhi within 3000-4000 with your own camps. Another one I will suggest is Barot region. Very pocket friendly, offers options of camping and small homestays too. Again you can easily do it within Rs 3000-4000 over a long weekend. I have posted an itinerary as well here on Tripoto, can follow that :) Then, when you travel in Uttarakhand, I can recommend Chaukori, Binsar, Kausani, Gwaldam as options along with Khirsu (https://devilonwheels.com/khirsu-detailed-travel-guide/). All these places will provide you an experience amidst nature. You can check their guides on my blog if more information is needed.

Hey Vansh, Well, in general you get the option to stay in Key Monastery because very less people plan to stay up there. Unless there is some foreigner groups already staying, you should be OK to get a room or dorm to stay in monastery. Still, if you cannot miss the experience, I will suggest to call them up and book in advance in possible

It depends on your preference. If snow is preference then go for June July else for vibrant colors, go in September. I have covered this topic in detail on my blog as month by month guide: https://devilonwheels.com/best-time-travel-ladakh-zanskar-valley/
