Spiti meaning the middle lane is the lovely land between Tibet and India. Surrounded by Ladakh and Kullu river Kaza and Tabo flows all through the valley. Filled with awesome views, this valley is a must visit. Nubra valley is a part of Ladakh surrounded by shyok river, Siachen river where Karakoram ranges flow. Filled with lush greenery and snow capped views all through winter it is a must visit place. My suggestion would be visit Spiti first then definately plan a visit to Nubra.

Since you are planning to explore, trek and camp, kindly choose popular spots to visit in the places you have mentioned above. Regarding trekking and camping, my suggestion would be say for example, you plan to trek in Himachal then plan camp in Jammu and Kashmir. Just a mere suggestion upto you. If you plan for 3 weeks travel then you will be able to cover all these places in 3 weeks. Because travel and planning is in your hands completely. My suggestion would be if you can add another two weeks maybe you can relax and enjoy travel. For after each roadtrip you need atleast a day rest. Again a mere suggestion upto you to decide. Happy safe journey.
