Benaulim Beach Reviews

So, finally we (5members all) got a moment to left for Goa. We had good enough money to spend to live normally not lavishly because we are not working group. So we choose train journey to Goa although it takes around 20 hours from Hyderabad. We landed at Goa again there are several options where first time travelling people will get too much confusion. So we thought we need to spend most of the nature Beauty places in Goa. So the places are sorted out automatically and the budget concern too. So the stay at Banalium beach. We have got a room at Novice geuest house next to royal palm resort for 700 rs per day for seven. Which is pretty much less and that is single bedroom. So, the stay is fixed. We have to plan the trip like what day where to go. That night went to the beach and sat down on the shore by having pint bear. **Point to be noted we don't know anything about Goa. But based on some information we planned this trip Below mentioned places are not pre planned, accidentally we went there** Day 2: Cobo-de-rama Day3 : Butterfly beach Day4 : Baaga and Aguda fort Day 5: Colva and near by beaches
Freshened up and had delicious breakfast at Tulsi Pure Veg. As Goa is famous for sea food you can hardly get pure veg hotels there. It was among those one and taste was not that bad. After breakfast we went Benaulim Beach, similarly clean , peaceful , less crowded and beautiful. All the South Goa beaches were clean and less crowded. I will personally suggest to go south goa once in a while, specially those who love calm places. Most of tourist were foreigners. Good place for photography. Off course we too clicked 😉 ,just have a look below.
We enjoyed till the twilight, and returned back to hotel through the lush greenery lane through ridge which felt too scary after sunset. Since there is no light on the way down to Benaulim (where our hotel was), it's more of scary because of mountainous roads although the roads are paved and well maintained. PS : There is no traffic lights or any reflectors, so make sure of the vehicle's headlights before renting. On reaching hotel, we relaxed with few bottles of beer and some exotic Chicken dish.
This is one of my favourite beaches in Goa. The beach has only 5 shacks and all look gorgeous. This beach is very less crowded. I remember we and two other small groups having the entire beach to ourselves one evening when beaches like Baga and Calangute were overly packed due to a long weekend. After spending the evening in the shack we strolled around the beach for a while playing soft music in our speakers. Nobody got disturbed, neither did anybody disturb us.
Benaulim Beach A popular yet quiet beach in South Goa, Benaulim beach is perfect for some quiet time with your loved ones as it is not overcrowded. There aren't many clubs or pubs here too so you can enjoy a nice, quiet dinner and then take a stroll on this picturesque beach. While Palolem and Colva beach are best known for partying, Benaulim is perfect for relaxing and sunbathing. And acts a nice change from the other popular beaches of Goa.
