How to Prepare for the trek?
1. Start exercising a month or two in advance, it will always help you enjoy the journey more
2. Learn how to pack for a trek. Plenty of material available online, but you need to pack everything necessary and also avoid making it too heavy to carry during the trek
3. Know your body well and learn to understand your own strengths and limitations
4. Trekking is not leisure travelling, always adhere to trek guide instructions and never try to act too smart
I will leave here with a quote from Greg Child- " Somewhere between the bottom of the climb and the summit is the answer to the reason why we climb a mountain"
