Alleppey– (also known as Alappuzha) If you ever want to experience houseboat then you must visit this place. You will fall in love with Kerala’s beauty, when you stay here just for even one night. One should not only experience the scenery by the sea, but also should visit some of the religious places like Shrikrishna Swamy Temple, Krishnapuram Palace, Arthunkal Church etc. And as you know Kerala is famous for beaches one should not miss the opportunity to visit Marari Beach &Punnamada Lake for snake boat ride. There is also city called Munnar nearby.

Cochin– This city is also known as Kochi or Ernakulam. This city has fort, Kochi Fort. And one shouldn’t miss the unique experience of Chinese fishing nets and many palaces, churches, museums etc.

Munnar– The most famous and beautiful hill station in Kerala known as Munnar. There are also tea gardens of fresh green leaves, which makes Munnar’s nature most beautiful. The faraway greenery of Munnar makes your heart out. And therefore Munnar’s nature is cold, breezing. You can visit this place in any of the season.

Thekkady– If you love forestry trip or woody and jungles around. Then you must visit this place. You can see some of elephants, tiger’s etc. animals here and you can also enjoy elephant safari. And exciting thing is you will get to see these animals by just sitting and floating by the rivers. This place is good for nature lovers.

Kovalam– This is a name of a beach located in capital city of Kerala called Trivandrum (Thiruvananthapuram) hush!!! It is famous for beach here known as Kovalam beach. The lighthouse beach, Hawa beach etc. are also famous here. You can also visit Napier Museum and famous Shree Padmanabhaswamy Temple. People most of the time visit this place for sunbath, swimming and water sports which are famous here. Kerala’s Ayurvedic massage is available here. Huge number of tourist visit here to experience sunset and sunrise.

Kumarakom– Many nature lovers visit this place to experience scenic beauty by sitting beside the lake and enjoy the sunset. Kumarakom is beautiful city in Kerala. Years ago, rubber plantation used to be done here. But, nowadays this place is famous for Bird watching sanctuaries which are located here in Kumarakom. You can see various types of birds in different seasons.

Bekal– The village Bekal is in Kasaragod district of Kerala which is also amazing place. This place is by the sea or beside the sea which makes the village look beautiful. Besides, the sea there is also a Bekal Fort and so this city is popular and tourist visit every year. Many South Indian films are been shot here in Bekal Fort. So tourists have named this place want to know what? It’s famously called the hot destination.

Varkala– Just like Kovalam is popular for beaches, Varkala is another city for beaches. It’s just 51 km away from state capital Trivandrum. You can also do sunbath, surfing and Ayurveda massage here. You can click beautiful pictures and relaxing and calming on the beach.
