First Step is always special and remember able. From Beas Kund Trek, I have started my journey in summers of 2014 and still continuous. Till today I have successfully completed 5 Treks and 6th one ( Roopkund ) is already planned for June'18.

It was just a normal day when my sister told me that we are going to this place better known as Beas Kund and at that time I was like, where the hell is this place. Then she told me that it is a weekend trek above Manali. After checking all the details about Beas Kund, I was so excited to be here. We have done our booking with Bikat and our trek leader Wakeel Bhaiya what a wonderful person he is and some other trek mates assembled at Majnu ka Teela bus stop, where he brief us about the place. After a long 12 hour journey to Manali and the short drive to Solang Nana. All of us are full of energies and super excited to start the trek.

Trek Buddies after lovely morning and energetic breakfast, we all were set concur the Beas Kund. There is a saying for the mountains..“Climb the mountains and get their good tidings. Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you."

As you keep on gaining the altitude, trail covered with dense forest soon convert to the snow trail. It was not easy to walk on that solid ice. it was slippery and difficult to balance our-self.
