After a long hard week of work and waiting, the weekend is finally here. And don't worry, we got your back.
From newly-opened bars to the most exciting events in the city, this is a comprehensive list of all the fun things you can do over the weekend (27-29 May) in Delhi.
Newly Opened Bars To Get The Party Started.
What are weekends without a few too many drinks. Delhi has a bunch of exciting new places and here are some of the top picks to get the party started.
1. Social, Nehru Place
The newly-opened Social in Nehru Place recently made headlines when it sold its signature drinks for Rs 19 (because Nehru Place pincode is 110019). May 25 and 26 were packed beyond imagination, and the energy has transferred on to the weekend.
So hop onto the metro and have your favourite LIIT at a different location with the same vibe.
Where: R1, First Floor, Epicuria Food Mall, Nehru Place
Nearest Metro Station: Nehru Place (Violet Line)

2. HotMess, Connaught Place
With places opening and shutting down every week, it is hard to find the buzz. HotMess is an exception. Within days of opening, it was flooded with first timers who fell in love with the great food and the unique cocktails it offered.
Top recommendations are Aphrodisiac, Imli Patola, One For The Road and Dam Dam Do.
Where: M-11, Middle Circle, Connaught Place, New Delhi
Nearest Metro Station: Rajiv Chowk (Blue Line)
Contact: 011 33107674

3. Teddy Boy, Connaught Place
Inspired by the British sub-culture of the 1950's, Teddy Boy has a dim lit ambiance with pictures of Dandy-styled men (eg. Alex Turner) on their menu. The place is light on the pocket and a good option if you want to go cheap but not to My Bar. Their Banta mocktails have made quite the wave in Delhi.
Where: N-86, 1st Floor, Outer Circle, Connaught Place, New Delhi
Nearest Metro Station: Rajiv Chowk (Blue Line)

4. Junkyard, Rajouri Garden
Rajouri Garden has created quite a buzz in 2016. With a new cafe/bar popping up every weekend, Rajouri Garden now has a lot of options for no matter what you are looking for.
Junkyard Cafe already has a reputation, and this new branch doesn't disappoint either. In cocktails, definitely check out the Metal Bender and Bourbon Wreckage Fluid.

5. Unplugged Courtyard, Connaught Place
Connaught Place is the new HKV (I am not very happy about it though). And it is pubs like Unplugged Courtyard that are giving it all this jazz. With IPL in its final rounds, Unplugged Courtyard came up with a very different and exciting way to cash in on it.
Do check out the LIVE IPL Screening with FREE Vodka shots on betting. The event is from May 27 to 29.
