Assuming you’ve already tasted Spain’s famous tapas, be sure to save some room for pintxos, the Basque region’s version of a snack or small dinner. Think bruschetta with a variety of toppings, that can range from potatoes to sardines. A unique twist on this already special dish is this little bar’s take on pintxos, where they replaced the traditional base of bread with a tiny pancake. Ingenious, and absolutely divine.
