Amidst a partially abandoned & ghostly looking town of Fatehpur, a town cluttered with ruined Havelis (250 Kms from Delhi) stands a beautifully restored 18th century Haveli of Nand Lal Devra now rechristened as ‘Nadine Le Prince Haveli’. The Haveli popularly known as 'Angrez Ki Haveli', was purchased in 1998 by French artist Nadine Le Prince, a descendant of prestigious French painter Jean-Baptiste Le Prince. The Haveli which recently only opened their doors to guests (Yes! You can stay here now) provides a glimpse into Rajasthani opulence of the yesteryears. The stay also includes a guided tour by French architectural interns, who stay here locally for 3-6 months.
