Day 1 of Langkawi trip

On Friday we started from Penang..

Day 1

Evening we boarded into plane which took a 30-40 mins journey.

We booked hotel room from Airbnb, for the beginners or if u want to have some saving, Airbnb is good option. We had a coupon and the price was less with it. The hotel was quite a distant place from airport.

From airport to hotel we booked a cab.

There is a supermarket type place nearby, as we needed some snacks, got them there, It was the only shop there..

make sure you have some snacks or eatables for breakfast or any other time handy as it is hard to find whenever you want to..

In the morning, we had breakfast instant noodles...we googled about mangroves , how to reach and all..

We got a cab .. we went to visit mangrove forest.

We are 5 mem, so we took individual boating, so we enjoyed a good time taking pics.

There will be 2,3 stops in the 🚣

We got into boat... A 5 mins stop...The first place was some boating stop and there we saw fishes bloating fish and some other kinds...and its a good stop to have beautiful scenic photos...

and next stop is Crocodile cave, its not the cave of crocodiles, but the shape of the cave that looks like..

and jutting into andaman sea, there they will stop in the middle to take pics and enjoy the view...its like you are lost in the middle of water...

Kilim Geoforestpark, one of the UNESCO sites...

and the next is Bat cave, where they will give a torch to carry and visit.

I don't like bats personally, It gave me chills inside...

Be careful with the monkeys there ... Do not carry food items

And then we have Eagle watching, they barely come near the boat, but if you are a good photographer you can take pics.

It was a 1 hour boating with a guide(who drives).

And we had a lunch at Indian restaurant, north Indian, but the food is good enough, near by the road...

In the afternoon we went to island...there will be cabs available and they will only take you to boating and island.

Nearer to the Andaman sea, you will be going to visit island.

2 places, one is island kind of beach and sand and the other is kayaking.

For kayaking you need to walk up the steps nd down... Its like trekking, so make sure you wear shoes.

In between you will see a mountain, shaped like a pregnant women.

And eagle watching.

Its a 1 or 2 hours of boating overall.

We returned back to the main road..

Then we had little good time at the beach near by the road..

Pantai tengah beach...

You can just watch the sunset.. And play in the sand and take good pics in the beach.. Well its not so lonely beach..

Beach dresses and white tops or dresses or more common in nearby shops, and you can buy any small memorable gifts fridge magnets etc.,.

And at last we had a nice dinner at an Indian restaurant ,Maroush restaurant. Good biryani or fried rice is better option..

That's how our day 1 went off..

Day 2

DAY 2 of Langkawi

From hotel room booked a cab to Skybridge early morning around 7 am, after a light breakfast.

Skybridge...

You will see an arch and a little hanging bridge in the entrance...

We need to go to the skybridge through ropeway only...there is no other way

Its a long and high length from ground... Its a feast to eyes..

As you get down you can go forward walking all the way.. on the bridge

Its a cable bridge of 125m long and 1.8m wide

I had a fear of heights before but its not so frightening to be actually, because its not of glass so you can feel normal but you will see glass floor not whole but like of a 1m size here and there just to have an experience to see where we are walking..

All together it was a fun time and lunch we had nearby hotel ,the food is quite Indian type..

I did not try any Malay food, Me and my sibblings are comfortable with Indian food and luckily we found them.

In Malaysia wherever or whatever place you visit at the entrance they will take a photo for you by the time you return they will give you the copy as per your requirement like fridge magnet or just a photo.. I liked this thing more.It wouldn't cost much ,like 5 or 10ringgit based on your selection.

After lunch we visited the 3D Art Gallery, Its fun to have pics der.. You feel like a kid while posing for pics there.

As we have limited time, we completed as fast as we can..

We booked our seats for ferro in return to penang,as flights were not available and also its my first time,so to experience it.

We dropped off at other stop near to penang, and then from there again to penang we got by bus.

It was almost night 12 r 1 am by the time we reached penang.
