Sharing some of the pictures from my recent trip to Northern-Sikkim and Darjeeling. I started my trip from Siliguri- Darjeeling- Lachung- Zero-point and Yumthang valley.
In Gangtok I booked a package for Lachung- Yumthang Valley tour (1200bucks each) which includes stay in lachung and transportation. Fooding was also included which they provide during the tour.
Lachung was 6hrs drive from Gangtok and in between we stopped at many waterfalls and view points (which was not included in our package but our driver Mr. Ram was very lovely kind of person)
We stopped for lunch (included in the package)
We reached in Lachung around 6pm had dinner and stayed in hotel included in our package.
After dinner we booked a bonfire as we wanted to live those moments. We enjoyed a lot with music and dance. It will always remember for my whole life.
As we had to enter the Indo-China border reserved region so we started to drive at 5am (vehicles are not allowed to cross the reason after 7am)
It's was 3hrs drive to Zero-point.
ZERO-POINT is the most scenic and beautiful that push your desires to the limit.
I will never forget those moments I lived above 15000ft. We were singing, dancing and played with snow balls.
Fortunately our group and driver are so lovely that made these trip unforgettable.
After enjoying a lot at Zero-point we moved towards yumthang valley............to be continued!
