Welcome back to my blog!!
I am glad that I am again getting a chance to write a blog to you after so long.Lots of things have been changed due to Covid -19. But not our intention to explore new places,
Its a kind of second chance in one life that we all are getting because we all are survivor ;who managed to see today's sunshine after having lots of stressful and panic situation
all over the world. So, Congratulations all. That’s we entered together in 2021. ALIVE.LOL.
I have shared so many experiences of different places. But this time things are pretty diff with somewhat more regulation and strictness due to COVID-19.
So, Let me share you my FIRST TRIP in COVID-19.
I went in Vaishno Devi in December 2020. It was such a good experience to see the mountains after such a long period. Most of You must have idea about the itinerary.
But I will tell you the most important things which You need to remember if you are going to visit in this COVID-19 period.
What to do
Make sure you have your Covid report along with you because security will ask several time for this.Or if you don’t have they will get it done there. So, its better that have it beforehand.
Always wear Mask and have plenty of sanitizer along with you. keep extra disposable mask with you. After all safety comes first.
Only 15,000 pilgrims are allowed to visit one day inside the temple. Rest have to stay back.
I would suggest you to keep one lock and key with you because for the locker ,you may have to wait for 3-4 hours in queue to get lock and keys provided by shrine board on Bhavan. So, its better to have yours. Because we have wasted around 3 hours in line just to deposit our stuff.
If you are planning in summer that you can visit BanGanga as well.
Currently Ardhkuwari Gufa is closed . You can see it from outside only.
Purchase stick(lathi) in starting of journey(hardly it will cost 10rs each) if you are planning to go by walking only.
Food and toiletries facilities are good enough. So, don’t worry.
What not to do:
Don’t eat anything while you walking. It can stuck in your food pipe because heavy breathing. Just sit and take food or drinks(We saw one incident of this).
Always have first aid box with you(we had our own and yes it was worth to carry).
If you taking stairs don’t grip the railing too tight because at several places they have sharp edges. so it can cause cut in your hand.(I have seen such case which was too bad).
Best time to visit: Through out the year
In short:
Few Captures:
