Jayamangali Blackbuck Reserve area is a part of the plains of Deccan plateau , which is 110 km from Capital city of Karnataka (Bengaluru). Is an open forest where one can drive inside the forest by own. It has the largest contiguous population of blackbuck(Antilope cervicapra). Apart from Blackbuck you can see varieties of birds. If you are nature lover than this is the must place to vist near Bengaluru. Try be there , early in the morning (6:30AM) or in the evening (4 PM) to enjoy the really beauty. I started from Bengaluru at 4AM , and was there by 7 AM. Weather was good , so able to spot couple of blackbuck and lot of birds. You do have couple of watch towers. Carry enough food and water as there is nothing you can get.

"If we follow some basic rules, we can have fun and enjoy the outdoors without hurting plants, animals, birds or ourselves."
