There are lots of tourist places in Switzerland. We will discuss some ofbeat places.
1. Aare Gorge : Beautiful natural place of narrow river Gorge. Icy blue water running in the middle. Elevated walkway is built to see interesting curved formations. Nature's masterpiece carved in stone, where the Aare Gorge whispers its timeless beauty.
The Aare Gorge is a section of the river Aare that carves through a limestone ridge near the town of Meiringen, in the Bernese berland region of Switzerland.
2. Cern : People with scientific background will know about CERN , world ' s largest center for scientific research in Nuclear and particle physics. Universe ' s fundamental particle higgsboson detected in CERN which makes remarkable invention in the field of Physics.
(a)LHC : It has LHC ( large Hadron collider) who tried to to Big Bang to investigate how universe forms from a point. It is particle accelerator.

(b) CMS : There is 15m high, 21m long and 14000 tonne detector i.e. Compact Muon Solenoid (CMS). The goal of the CMS experiment is to investigate a wide range of physics, including the search for the Higgs Boson, extra dimensions, and particles that could make up dark matter.

3. Lake Geneva : Lake Geneva is a stunning lake shared between Switzerland and France. But largest portion of lake is occupied by Switzerland. Lake Geneva is a deep lake on North side of Alpas. It is a glacier lake. Lake Geneva is a fresh water lake , many rivers and streams bring fresh water into lake that Water is very clean and clear which makes lake Geneva so clear.
Chillon castle : There is a beautiful island named chillon castle or chateau de chillon. This island is located on Geneva Lake. It attracts many tourists.
4. Zurich : As say above Zurich is largest city of switzerland. It is located in North Central switzerland. Zurich is global center for transportation, banking and finance. If is important center for ICT, tourism, life sciences, creative industries. It is one of most expensive city of world. Here you can visit Chocolate museum, cruise and city tour. 5. Bern : Ancient picturesque town of switzerland, capital of switzerland is a beautiful place worth visiting. It traces origin of Aare river. It lies along narrow loop of aare. It offers many resturant and tourist places to tourists.
In winter it looks amazing. You can enjoy fondue with family and friends in winter. It is also famous as federal City of switzerland.
There is a famous clock tower known as zytglogge. It is famous tourist attraction also used as city gate. It has wooden beams and stone walls.

6. The Rhine falls : Beautiful and powerful fall of switzerland is near Zurich known as Rhine waterfall which is 75 feet high and 490 feet wide. Fishes cannot climb this waterfall except eels. This waterfall is oldest and formed 14000 to 17000 years ago approximately. There are viewing platforms on both side of Rhine river to view gorgeous Rhine falls. Also you can go near falls through cruise boat.
7. Swiss National Park : This is famous national park of switzerland. Swiss National park has varieties of Alpine animals like deer , marmots , chamois etc. There are many colorful pathways for walking and seeing Alpine animals. There are many choices of path. You can reach there by train from zurich.
