Kaimur Hills, popularly known by Kaimur Range situated at the eastern portion of the Vindhya Range. Significant from various historical, ecological, and social points of view, this hill is located in the Jabalpur district of Madhya Pradesh. It is claimed by locals that more than 500 pre-historic rock shelters have been found on the hills. Also, Kamiur Hills contain various early Hindu and Buddhist relics along with medieval ones. The Kaimur Range is about 483 km long and passes through the Rewa and Mirzapur divisions.

Alternatively, tourists can also take the flight to Patna airport, which is closer to the two spots. If coming by train, alight at Bhabua Road Railway Station that lies on the Gaya–Mughalsarai section of Grand Chord Railway line. Road travelers can take the NH-30 to reach Kaimur district.
