Hi.. neeva wanna tell you kedarnath yatra will start in may month. so plan accordingly. first reach to rishikesh . from rishikesh you can reach upto gaurikund ( base camp of kedarnath yatra ) in around 10 to 12 hour . buses & cabs available frequently. start your trip early morning as much as you can. spend a night in gaurikund & start your treak to kedarnath in the early morning. till the evening you will reach at the temple. you can go through helicopter as well. from phata to kedarnath temple. from rishikesh it will take around 3 to 4 days to cover kedarnath . rishikesh is starting point & gateway in Uttrakhand . for Journeies like kedarnath, badrinath, gangotri, Yamnotri, Hemkund sahib, Velly of flowers, auli, etc.
UpvoteCommentHi.... if we talk about adventure sports here in rishikesh then water rafting is on top rafting here is so good, so popular definitely will suggest you to try this when you are in rishikesh. you can take a combo as well rafting & camping altogether. rishikesh is well connected with air, roads, railways. jollygrant airport dehradun is close here, by roads delhi also connected very well 5 hours journey from delhi, major railway station like dehradun & haridwar near by. for kedarnath & rishikesh around a week is needed to explore. my advice is reach rishikesh first stay aine or two days here then next proceed to kedarnath
