Shyamlatal. Coming to your last part of the question I would advise Mussoorie for relaxation. With great weather, mist fog covering the whole place, where cool chill winds blow, facing the peaks you could relax a lot. Nainital too is a place of relaxation, though there are more to explore. I have travelled to both these hill stations from Kashipur and have relaxed a lot in Mussoorie.
