1. If you want to witness northern lights then come from now onwards till early april 2. Otherwise the best months to travel Scandinavia are from May to August 3 They are extremely expensive countries even by European problem 4 Veg food is a concern 5 Distance between one place to another even with in a country ( eg from bergen to Tromso in Norway ) is quite a bit . So plan your travel itinerary accordingly

A trip to Bali with round tickets may cost you around 45-70k depending upon how early you book your flight tickets, this is including approximate overhead cost in Bali. Flight tickets 30-50k depending upon how early you book them. Visa on arrival for Indians $35 Hotels are cheap considering ₹ is stronger in Bali. Good Scooties can be rented for as cheap as ₹300-500 per day. But during the stay in Bali you may find food is little expensive and shopping places as well. P. S. It is easy to bargain there at prices so as to cut down the prices.

Yes their are buses from Gorakhpur to Kathmandu available. https://www.redbus.in/online-bus/varanasi-to-kathmandu-operator-upsrtc.aspx
upvoteUpvotemessageComment
There might not be direct buses, you need to come to Sunauli first, and then from Sunauli - Kathmandu is about 9/10 hours Gorakhpur to Sunauli is 3 or 4 hours, from sunauli you are probably best off getting a cycle rickshaw to Bhairawa (takes around 10 minutes) where there are plenty of busses to kathmandu, there is a direct bus departing from Bhairawa Airport and arriving at Gongabu Bus Park.

Visa letter can be obtained in following ways:- 1)Contact the Hotel you have shortlisted and are planning to book. They would ask for your credit card details to give you the letter in case and would keep some amount on hold (in case you dont turn up at that hotel). If you actually do turn up,it basically becomes free. 2)Contact the sightseeing tour company if you have booked any sightseeing tours or day trips. 3)Search on google. There are several websites that charge a fee of 20 or 30 USD and provide the invitation letter. I would suggest to go with option no.1 and thats exactly what i did.One thing to keep in mind is if you are travelling multiple cities in russia, you need invite letter for all the cities (so again request the hotel or sightseeing companies).Let me know if you have further queries. You can go thru my travel story if you need further information on Russia tour.
