Best time to travel USA is during the summer season. Check out this itenary of USA for more information- https://www.tripoto.com/trip/how-to-travel-across-the-united-states-on-50-a-day-595572a85ddbf

Summer obviously. But that also means more tourists, hiked up charges and expensive flight tickets. So choose wisely. I would prefer to skip the actual summer and go in the spring or autumn. I've always wanted to go to northern California but it depends if you want the beach or mountains? It's too huge to be done in a month, so i suggest pick some places and then spend enough time at each location!

Hello The best wildlife viewing months in Tanzania are during the Dry season from late June to October. The best chance of seeing the wildebeest migration in the Serengeti is during June and July and the time to see the wildebeest calving is late January to February. The southern and western circuit parks are best visited during the Dry season (June to October), unlike the more popular northern circuit parks that can be visited year-round. Tarangire is the only exception since its wildlife viewing is considerably better in the Dry season as well.
