Hi Jyoti, the UK, the US, France, Italy, South Africa and Dubai have good infrastructure for senior tourists. All of them have beautiful cities that require very little walking. Top tourist attractions in these countries have wheelchair accessibility as well. It is easy to find taxis to get between places too. They guarantee a great experience for senior travellers.
Hi Mohamed, here are some hidden gems of Venice - The Arsenale, Ponte de Chiodo, Burano Island, Cannaregio Canal, Chiesa di San Zaccaria and Palazzo Mocenigo.
Hi, top international honeymoon destinations are Nepal, Bhutan, Sri Lanka, Cambodia, Laos, Vietnam and Indonesia. Reaching these countries via air or road is usually cheaper. However, Laos is an exception as flight tickets are generally more expensive. Nepal and Bhutan are ideal for mountain lovers. Sri Lanka has beaches, wildlife, scenic train rides and Buddhist monuments. Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam are a mosaic of Southeast Asian culture along with spectacular jungles, beaches, Buddhist monuments and exciting food. Indonesia is probably the most diverse country after India in terms of people, culture and landscape. There is something for everyone there.
Thailand is a good place to manage vacations at a lower cost. You can look at Krabi or Koh Samui. You can also look at Bali - you can get amazing villas with pools all to yourself at low costs, but be prepared for hot and humid weather across.
Hi Harvinder, in north India your options are Varanasi, Rishikesh and Rajasthan. If you don't mind a bit of cold and some snow then you can visit Manali, Shimla, Kinnaur Valley, Auli, Mussoorie, Kasol or McLeodganj. Northeast India is slight difficult for solo travelling due to public transportation limitations. Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and Sikkim are your best bets in Northeast India. If you make it to the Hornbill Festival (December first week) of Nagaland then you will have a once-in-a-lifetime experience for sure.
Hey Rahul,
November is best time to visit Goa. Last year me and my friends went in end of September month and it was long weekend so it was crowded with lots of tourist. We stayed at hotel it was walk able distance from beach. Hotel name is Sea View Cottages it's cheap and good maintained. also close to Baga beach and Titos lane. With you and your family Happy journey have beautiful trip.
The nearest large station/airport is Bhopal. From here you can take cab/bus to Pachmarhi. Local sightseeing will take 1-2 days depending on how many spots you want to visit-caves, waterfalls, view points.
Hi, from Bhopal , it's about 250 KM. 1) at pachmarhi, book only MP tourism hotels, as they are really very good.
2) don't book any pvt hotels.
3) book in advance for MP tourism hotels.
4) hotel karni kar, devdaru bungalow, Glen view etc are some of the best one.
5) Keep cash with you, as only 3 ATMs are there in pachmarhi and mostly without cash.
6) keep a day or 2 day for sight seeing.
7) dhoop garh, bada mahadev ji, jata shankar , reech garh, bee fall..etc are the main attraction.
8) gypsy have to book an dubey take app.1200 -1500.
9) entire route from bhopal to pachmarhi is very good. hope the above points will work out.
December is a great time to go on a honeymoon since lot of Indian destinations can be visited due to a cooler climate. Within India, I recommend Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep, Kerala, Coorg (Karnataka) or Rajasthan. Internationally, you can go to Sri Lanka, Maldives, Seychelles, Bali, Dubai, Turkey or Egypt. Go through the attached articles for a complete list of Indian and International honeymoon destinations.
Hi Arunava,

Hi, there are plenty of solo trip destinations around NCR. If you like architecture and heritage then Pushkar, Udaipur, Jodhpur and Khajuraho are idea. For spirituality seekers and street photographers, Rishikesh and Varanasi are best options. Oh, and the mountains are full of options for first time solo travellers - Mcleodganj, Kasol, Bir-Billing and Manali. If you want to try something slightly adventurous then head to Kausani, Naukuchiatal, Gushaini, Auli or Parwanoo. Take an overnight bus or train to any of these places and book a hostel for a complete solo travel experience.

Hi Diganta, December is an excellent time to visit Shillong, Cherrapunji and Dawki. You can fly to Umroi Airport, Shillong. Spend a couple of days exploring Shillong before hiring a taxi to visit Cherrapunji (80km) and Dawki (85km from Cherrapunji). You can spend a night in Cherrapunji and head to Dawki the next day.
